3. Is your honey pure and natural?

Yes. Giriputar Pahadi Honey is raw, natural, and carefully harvested to preserve its authentic taste and quality.

4. Do your products contain any chemicals or preservatives?

No. We focus on maintaining the natural quality of our products and do not add artificial colours or preservatives.

5. How should I store the products?

Store the products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always keep the container tightly closed after use.

6. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within:

• 2–5 business days in North India
• 4–8 business days in other parts of India

7. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

If COD is available in your area, it will be displayed during checkout.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
