At Giriputar, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, we are here to help.

Important: Unboxing Video Required

To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund, customers must record a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

The video should clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The shipping label
  • The complete unboxing process
  • The product received and its condition

Claims made without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

Eligible Cases for Return/Replacement

We offer a replacement or refund only if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive the wrong product
  • The product is defective upon delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preferences
  • Orders placed by mistake
  • Opened or used products

Reporting an Issue

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear unboxing video
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Refund Process

  • Once your claim is verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
